Eric RIP

Eric went to the Rainbow Bridge at 12.10 am. We are heartbroken.

    This is not what I wanted to hear. Rest in Peace Eric. Purrs, hugs and Prayers for the family. He will live on in your heart. In time you will think of the good times with Eric and think of him with a smile on your face. God Bless.

    I am so terribly sorry for the loss of your little furry fellow. He certainly has had such an effect on so many people and will be remembered for a long time, I'm sure. I hope that all these messages of love and support from everyone help to sustain you at this sad time. Take care. XOX T.

    We heard this news via Ann because we have not been on the innernets. :-(
    Our hearts are completely broken for all of you. We know this pain. Eric was so handsome and such a fun fellow. He had the very most coolest looking tail any mancat could have.
    We are absolutely crestfallen.

    Oh, Eric, my Mommy is sad for your family, cause she has known you all a long time and Flynn and Eric were very special sweet boys. Flynn, don't be lonely. And don't be sad, cause you know lots of kitties were there to greet Eric and he will greet you someday, too, so you can romp together over the bridge any time you want, both healthy as little kittens!
    Mommy said Angel brandi will watch over Eric and make sure he watches over you all like the good boy we know he is.

    My deepest sympathies! I found that Petloss.com is a great place to chat with those who have lost their pets. I go in under the name "whiskers" and usually the best group is around eleven pm eastern time. The chat is there 24/7 everyday....it is worldwide so someone comes in every few moments. Try going as ericsmom. Usually folks use their pet's name. There is a candlelight ceremony nonlinear every Monday night at ten eastern time. Hope to see you there. Mighty Kitty.

    My kitty Ms. Phoebe and I have followed your blog since we read Eric and Flynn's interview on Mousebreath. Eric was such a humorous, smart, sweet, and obviously well loved the world over mancat. We are so sorry for your sudden loss, we sympathize as we lost Phoebe's sister unexpectedly last summer. I know there are no words to take away your pain, just remember how much he loved you and knew you did all you could. In the end, you gave him the greatest and most difficult gift of love- letting him go when it was his time. He will be watching over you and Flynn, your ginger angel, until you all see one another again one day. His memory will always be with all who loved him, and that is something to be proud of- your boy helped so many around the world. How many humans can even say they've done that? Fly free dear boy, be your brother's angel now.

    I am so very sorry. He is dearly beloved over here. I have been reading his adventures for years and enjoying them very much. I will miss that big boy a whole lot. I wonder if he is catching mice at the Rainbow Bridge or waiting for Flynn to catch them for him. I hope he has to wait quite a while for Flynn to join him. Hugs and love,
